Your data
Privacy.
In short: this website serves fonts and images from its own server, embeds external content only after you click and uses a single advertising service (Meta pixel) only with your consent. Everything we process is set out here. English translation for convenience; the legally binding version is the German Datenschutzerklärung.

2. Provision of the website and server logs
When you access this website, the web server processes technically necessary connection data: IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, referrer and browser and operating system information. This data serves the delivery, stability and security of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; legitimate interest in secure operation). Log data is normally deleted after 14 days at the latest unless a security-relevant incident requires longer retention.
The website is operated on a server of netcup GmbH, Karlsruhe, in Germany. The technical service provider is We Love 2 Design, Berlin, with whom a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is concluded.
3. Contact form, e-mail and telephone
If you contact us via the contact form, by e-mail or by phone, we process your details to handle your request: subject, name, e-mail address, message and – optionally – your phone number. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract-related requests and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering).
Form requests are transmitted encrypted and stored with access protection on the server named above. To prevent automated requests, the IP address is stored in pseudonymised form (hash value) for one hour and the number of requests is limited. Requests are deleted once handling is complete and no statutory retention obligations apply – after twelve months at the latest if no contractual relationship arises. No automated decision-making takes place.
4. External content from the property system (ilogu)
The property overview, exposés, reference list and valuation assistant can display content from the property system ilogu (operator according to its provider information: ilogu, www.ilogu.de). This content is only embedded once you click “Load content from ilogu”. Only then does the provider receive technically necessary data such as your IP address and browser information and may use its own storage techniques. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, section 25 (1) TDDDG), which you can withdraw at any time by closing the content.
Links to the full exposé and to PDF documents lead directly to the property system. You leave this website only when you click.
5. Links to other providers
Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Maps, the micro-apartments Leipzig website and our partner’s energy certificate service are linked only, not embedded. Only when you use one of these links do you reach the external provider, whose privacy notice applies.
6. Fonts, images, videos and audience measurement
Fonts, images and videos are served from our own server. No analytics services are embedded. Without your consent no cookies are set for marketing or analytics purposes. Your browser only stores your decision on the Meta pixel locally (local storage “jb-consent-v1”, not personal, until you change it or clear your browser data).
Audience measurement without cookies: We count page views with GoatCounter, which runs on our own server. No cookies are set and no data is transferred to third parties. Stored are page path, referrer, screen size, browser type and country; the IP address is only processed briefly to distinguish visits and is not stored. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in a data-minimising measurement of usage (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR); consent is not required under Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, as no information is stored on your device.
6a. Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram advertising) – only with consent
With your consent in the notice at the bottom of the screen we use the Meta pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Meta”). The pixel loads a script from Meta, sets cookies (including “_fbp”, three months) and transmits to Meta which pages you visited, your IP address, browser and device details and – if you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram – the link to your account. Purpose: measuring whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to visits and enquiries, and building audiences for ads. For the collection and transmission we are jointly responsible with Meta (Art. 26 GDPR, Meta’s agreement: facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum); Meta then processes the data on its own responsibility, including in the USA. Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). Without consent or after “Decline” nothing from Meta is loaded. You can change your decision at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page; a withdrawal takes effect from the next page view. Meta’s privacy policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy. Ad preferences at Meta: facebook.com/adpreferences.
7. Use of AI services
For the design of this website we used generative AI services to create the film scenes on the home page. This generation took place exclusively in advance during production – no data is transmitted to AI providers when you visit this website. No AI chatbot and no AI-based analysis of your behaviour is in use. Your data is not used for training purposes.
8. Recipients and transfers to third countries
Your data is passed on only to the technical service provider (hosting, maintenance) and – where necessary to handle your request – to notaries, owners or prospective buyers involved. This website transfers data outside the EU only if you have consented to the Meta pixel (section 6a, USA, Data Privacy Framework).
9. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Please contact the address given above.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin, Germany.
10. Status and changes
As of 15 September 2026. This notice describes the technical structure of the new website. Before operation under the client domain, the data processing agreement, deletion periods and the details of the property system will be finalised with the operator.
